THE GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM, A GOSPEL OF POWER....

"Besides this evidence (the declaration of the Gospel by the Lord Himself and the witnesses who heard him)  it was also established and plainly endorsed by God, Who showed His approval of it by signs and wonders and various miraculous manifestations of His power and by imparting the gifts of the Holy Spirit to the believers according to His own will." Heb 2:4 AMP

Father endorsed & sealed His approval of the words of the Son with amazing works of His Power.

Before ascending to receive His place at the right hand of Father, Jesus said, "Go into all the world and preach and publish openly the good news (the Gospel) to every creature of the whole human race." Those who believe and are baptized, will be saved from the penalty of eternal  death. Those who do not, are condemned. Mark 16:15-16

Then He continued....."...these signs (wonders, works of power) will follow those who believe in My name........these attesting signs will accompany those who believe in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up serpents; and even if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will get well." Mark 16:17-18

Paul said, "And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power so that your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God." i Cor. 2:4-5.  Paul spoke these words to the Corinthian believers and also turned all the then known world on fire for Jesus Christ!

These wonders, signs and miracles, extraordinary works of our awesome Father's supernatural power attest to the Truth of the Gospel. They are the proof-positive that our God is real, loving, good, faithful and reliable. They're heaven's reality superimposed on the earthly reality. The perfection of Papa's celestial realm has more weight and substance than anything we might perceive here on earth.

A Gospel without a demonstration of power is not the Gospel of the Kingdom!
